At the check-in they asked to pay the full bill breakfast...
At the check-in they asked to pay the full bill breakfast included, without giving the following facture (said they would give at the checkout). At the checkout they asked to pay breakfast again. I said I already did pay breakfast at the check-in and they said it did not results, and I had to pay because I had not a facture. This need more than one complaint. Make sure to get your facture while you pay. Very good position. Large choice of items for breakfast, but really modest quality.

Good closet space and bathroom facilities. Bed comfortable with high-quality linens.
Pillows firm but don’t accommodate one with much flexibility. Biggest problem is providing only one electric socket at the head of the bed, where one commonly needs two or three.

Comfortable, good staff and convenient location for shopping and walking.
Location. Simple but comfortable rooms. I had a larger Superior King Room.
My heater did not work and the bathroom had an sulfur like order. I thought it could be the spa a few floors below.

Good for a one night stay.
The location is perfect. Right on Gran Via which can connect u to the whole city. And madrid is lovely and clean.
The receptionist was not a happy girl at all. Not rude or anything but just barked orders at us. There are no bath robes unless u want to pay 35€. It feels like a maze finding stairs and lifts.
